The Thamis gite is a 45 m2 ground floor SPA apartment located in a quiet street 2 minutes from the town center of Clairvaux Les Lacs (bakery, restaurants, mini-market, butcher, etc.) and 5 minutes walk from the lake's (supervised) beach via a pedestrian or bicycle path.

15 minutes from the Hérisson waterfalls in the heart of the lakes region.

15 minutes from Lake Vouglans, with its many beaches and the famous dam

Come and visit the Fruitière 1900 in THOIRIA (10 min), one of the last Comté cheese dairies where you can see the detailed production of the most famous local cheese in action.

It is composed of:

• A living room with fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, extractor hood, fridge freezer, induction hob, filter coffee maker, pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), opening onto a lounge with convertible corner sofa (bed 130x200)flat screen connected to Orange TV (possibility of accessing Netflix with your codes), free wifi.
• A bedroom with a 140x190 double bed with a large storage cupboard. The bedroom gives access to the private terrace.
• A bathroom equipped with a sink and a 90x90 shower.
• From a separate toilet
• A private sheltered terrace with a 2-person spa, a garden table, a relaxation area with lounge, a closed shelter for storing bicycles, beach toys, fishing rods, etc., a parasol, a gas griddle.

Free parking is available in front of the apartment.
